EMAZING BIKES LIMITED WARRANTY
Subject to the following limitations, terms, and conditions, Emazing Bicycle Corporation, warrants to the original purchaser of each Product that such when new are free of defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty may be exercised for a period of up to one year from the date of purchase except where stated below that the warranty may be exercised for a period of longer than one year under certain circumstances. Emazing Bicycle Corporation (“Emazing Bike”) warrants this new E-bike to original purchaser, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
PEDAL ASSIST SYSTEM AND LI-ION BATTERY
Emazing Bike warrants its Pedal Assist System (“PAS”) drive unit to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of two years from the date of original purchase. During this two-year period, Emazing Bike shall repair or replace, at its sole option, all parts that are found by Emazing Bike to be defective and subject to this limited warranty. The original owner shall pay all labor charges associated with the repair or replacement of all parts.
The Li-ion battery is excluded from this warranty. The battery warranty is two years from the date of original purchase except silver color battery (one year warranty) installed on Daedalus73t3, Artemis73h3. Allowing the battery to come into direct contact with water or any other liquid (other than rain or snow), opening the battery, improper battery storage, and failing to adhere to any other storage or maintenance requirements as outlined in the Owner’s Manual will void the battery’s warranty.
Additionally, Emazing Bike warrants to the original purchaser that the frame of this new E-bike shall be free of defective materials and workmanship for five years from the date of original purchase. During this five-year period, Emazing Bike shall repair or replace, at its sole option, all parts that are found by Emazing Bike to be defective and subject to this limited warranty. The original owner shall pay all labor charges associated with the repair or replacement of the E-bike frame. Moreover, the original owner shall provide the original retail invoice and document identifying the E-bike Warranty Registration. Failure to provide either the original retail invoice or the document identifying the E-Bike Warranty Registration may prevent any warranty claims.
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of this E-bike and is not transferable to any third party. To prove the original purchase, the original retail invoice must be provided. Lodging a claim under the warranty must be made through the dealer where the bicycle equipped with the drive unit was purchased. The obligation of this Limited Warranty is restricted to repairs and replacements of the components or any part of it in which there is a defect in material or workmanship within a period of two years. To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, the original purchaser shall pay all shipping charges associated with the repair or replacement of the E-bike, and provide the original retail invoice and document identifying the E-bike Warranty Registration. This Limited Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, nor to any defect of the components caused by: improper installation, disassembling and re-assembling, intentional breakage, alterations or modification to the component, any unreasonable use or abuse of the product, any use for which this product was not intended for, accidents, collisions, improper maintenance, or repairs improperly performed, or failing to adhere to any other directives as outlined in the Owner’s Manual. Damages that are caused by the use of other manufacturer’s replacement parts, or damages that are caused by the use of parts that are not compatible or suitable for Emazing Bike drive units are not covered by this warranty.
EXCEPT FOR THOSE WARRANTIES LISTED ABOVE, EMAZING BICYCLE CORPORATION DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. EMAZING BICYCLE CORPORATION’S RESPONSIBILITY FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO, AT EMAZING BICYCLE CORPORATION’S OPTION, REIMBURSEMENT OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE, OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT WITH THE SAME OR SIMILAR PRODUCT. AMONG OTHER THINGS, CUSTOMER
AGREES THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL EMAZING BICYCLE CORPORATION BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Under no circumstances does this limited warranty include the cost of shipment. Such charges, if any, shall be borne by the original purchaser. Emazing Bicycle Corporation reserves the right to modify these warranties at any time, in its sole discretion.
EMAZING BIKES RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND POLICY

You may return or exchange new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Authorization by Emazing Bike is required for any returns or exchanges. This can be done by contacting Emazing Bike through email. Merchandise must be returned in new, un-used, and un-ridden condition, in the original box, complete with all packing materials, documents, warranty form, accessories, etc. Additionally, buyer must ship out the merchandise within 5 business days of receiving the return/exchange authorization from Emazing Bike.
A 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returns and exchanges, except in the case that the return or exchange is a result of our error. This re-stocking fee covers credit card processing costs and cost of returning items to inventory.
NO REFUNDS for units or parts that are used (ridden), not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10
business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
