We decided long ago to only sell the most reliable eBikes on the market from manufacturers who back up their products with the best warranties in the industry. We want you to feel secure in knowing that were you to ever have a problem with your eBike, we are here to help.
If you have any problems with your product, please email us at info@electricitycycles.com or call us at (307) 278-1544 and we will help you file a warranty claim with the manufacturer. It is a very easy process and all of our manufacturers are among the best in the industry.
ElectriCity Cycles is an authorized dealer for all the brands we sell. We believe it is an honor to represent these manufacturers and stand behind their warranties and return policies.
Every eBike we sell is backed by the manufacturer's warranty. ElectriCity Cycles does not have a separate warranty different from the manufacturer's warranty.
